About the publisher, Alpha Reserch has been in information business for almost 20 years now. Our first publication-Thai Trade Monitor - was a reference book on export and import statistics. In 1990.Thailand in Figures was published. It was the very first comprehensive reference book on Thailand's socio-economic statistics at the national and provincial level. It was widely subscribed by university libraries, research institutes. consulting firms and leading companies in Thailand and abroad. In 1994, we introduced Pocket Thailand in Figures, the first in our pocket series. As we have gained more experiences in information providing business, our publications have coverd more areas such as health and petroleum statistics. In order to serve Thai users, we started publishing a Thai version of Thailand in Figures in 2002. We plan to publish additional titles in Thai language in the near future.
